CHALLENGE
At a time when their clients typically receive solicitations from competitors,
Clark Consulting wanted to thank its clients for their business and remind them
of the services and timely expertise they continue to receive by having Clark
Consulting as a trusted partner.
SOLUTION
We created a direct mail piece consisting of a cover letter and five separate
cards (numbered 5, 4, 3, 2, 1) which detailed specific reasons to work with
Clark Consulting. The back of each card directed them to a specific page of a
specially-made microsite, which provided additional detail about the service.
An email campaign was also developed to drive users to the microsite.
RESULTS
The campaign received high levels of praise from current clients and internal
audiences, and drove a significant number of visitors to the microsite. The piece
played a key role in helping Clark meet its client retention goals.
