CHALLENGE
CNB Bank is a "hometown" bank located in western Pennsylvania. Their website
was not reflective of the bank itself. The site was dated, busy, and in need of an
overhaul. The home page has an overwhelming amount of content that was in a
long list. The site needs to be more of a destination, especially to CNB's
younger demographic.
SOLUTION
After a thorough competitor analysis and site audit we worked with CNB to
reorganize the navigation and write content to be more lifestyle-based. The new
website has a featured area on the home page which animates through three
messages. The CMS we put in place allows CNB to easily update content
throughout the site. A chat system was put in place as were new calculators
and other financial tools, educational materials, and an interactive locations map.
RESULTS
The much improved site has received praise from customers who can easily find
information they need.
